Biography
Michael has 20 years' experience acting for private equity, venture capital and early stage companies on a full range of M&A and capital raising transactions.
Michael is particularly active in assisting PE and VC sponsors on their investment in business across a range of sectors and maturity levels. This has included advising on LBOs, MBOs, public takeovers, private M&A, follow on / bolt on investments, roll-ups, IPOs and other exit transactions.
He also assists scale-up and growth stage companies to source funding from investors (including VC and PE sponsors) and on exit events. In this context Michael assist founders on all aspects of the investment cycle from seed through to growth and exit.
Michael regularly assists clients with the full range of equity capital raisings including IPOs and ASX listings and secondary raises.
