Coby Foster
Biography
Coby Foster is a pro bono lawyer based in Brisbane.
Coby works in the firm's national pro bono practice with a particular focus on supporting First Nations organisations and communities, as well as environmental sustainability, human rights, and policy reform.
Early in her career Coby worked as a taxation lawyer where she had a focus on the not-for-profit (NFP) and charities sector. This is where her passion for social justice and pro bono first began. For the last 12 years Coby has worked as a native title lawyer for two NFP native title representative bodies. Coby has a wide breadth of experience in the NFP and native title space and is committed to giving back to the community and helping create more impactful outcomes.
