• DCM Group Inc., a Thrust Capital Partners portfolio company, in its acquisition of DH Aerospace Holding Inc., a manufacturer of aerospace structural components.
• American International Group, Inc., as Canadian lead counsel in the context of the sale of its individual personal travel insurance and assistance business, including Travel Guard Canada Group, Inc. to Zurich Insurance Group for $600 million in cash plus additional earn-out consideration.
• Patriot Battery Metals Inc. in connection with the development of its Shaakichiuwaanaan project, including corporate governance matters.
• Falcon Energy Materials plc in its redomiciliation from Canada to the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Global Market in the United Arab Emirates.
• Arianne Phosphate Inc.  with the development of its Lac-a-Paul project, including a strategic investment by a global mining company by way of a convertible debenture.

• Financial Institutions in matters relating to the Bank Act, Insurance Companies Act, Insurers Act, Trust and Loan Companies Act, Trust Companies and Savings Companies Act, Deposit Institutions And Deposit Protection Act, Money-Services Businesses Act, Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act.
