Andreea Rusu is an associate in our Montréal office whose practice focuses on occupational health and safety law.

Ms. Rusu advises employers on all aspects pertaining to occupational health and safety, including compensation for employment injuries, financing and prevention-inspection. She also defends the interests of a variety of major corporations in the aeronautics, retail and agri-food industries. She routinely appears before courts and administrative tribunals and, as such, participates in numerous complex cases.

Before joining us, Ms. Rusu worked for over 10 years in the legal department of a public body responsible for applying the occupational health and safety laws and regulations. Within the performance of her duties, she was called upon to provide training on various occupational health and safety topics. She also played a direct role in the implementation of the Act to modernize the occupational health and safety regime.
