Samantha Petersen is a director and conveyancer in the real estate team based in Johannesburg.  

She specializes in commercial and retail bonds and associated transactions. Included in her current responsibilities is the monitoring of and compliance with bank regulations and standards required for bond registrations, supervising and mentoring of bond staff and overseeing bond processes. She actively maintains and expands relationships with the banks and mortgage originators.

Her practice also includes large scale transfers for mines.

In addition, she is involved in property due diligences, the vetting of various property related agreements and providing general advice in respect of property related transactions.
