Joshua Tod is a corporate lawyer based in London.

Joshua has significant experience in advising on the establishment of private funds in the UK, Europe and globally for private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate fund sponsors. He also advises on cornerstone investments in private funds, private fund carried interest and other executive incentive schemes, and associated UK and European regulatory matters.

Joshua also advises investors (including sovereign wealth funds) on investments in and co-investments alongside private funds, private fund access products for high-net-worth individuals and fund subscription line credit facilities.

Before joining the firm, Joshua was a member of funds groups at other international law firms.
