Biography

Dr Manuel Gleich is a litigation and disputes lawyer based in Munich.

Manuel focuses on transactional, corporate, commercial, liability, insurance and general business law disputes, advising and representing national and international clients before state courts and in cross-border mediation and arbitration proceedings. His practice includes in particular party representation and resolution of conflicts among shareholders (limited liability companies, stock corporations, trading companies), in the aftermath of corporate transactions (post M&A) and insurance liability cases (W&I and D&O).

In addition to contentious disputes, he advises clients on general commercial contract law.

During his traineeship, Manuel worked a couple of years for a renowned international business law firm and with a law firm in San Diego, USA, focusing on business and litigation law.
