Ryan Hanna practises corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on banking and corporate finance matters. His experience includes acting for Canadian and international banks, non-bank financial institutions and corporate borrowers in connection with bilateral and syndicated financings, senior and subordinated debt, asset-based facilities, securitizations, debt capital markets transactions and other forms of debt financing. Ryan has acted in domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional financings.

Ryan joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2020 and returned to complete his articles in 2021 and 2022. During his articling term, Ryan completed a secondment with the legal department of the Royal Bank of Canada where he assisted with corporate, regulatory, and securities matters.
