India is a litigation and disputes lawyer based in Sydney. She focuses on contractual and commercial disputes.

India advises and acts for individual, corporate and government clients across a multitude of industries and sectors, with a focus on the consumer markets. Her experience includes matters involving misleading and deceptive conduct and the Australian Consumer Law, contracts for goods and services, commercial leases and development agreements, licence agreements, shareholder and director disputes, torts and defamation.
