Biography
Jarrod Pyne is a corporate lawyer based in Perth.
Jarrod has a particular focus on energy, oil and gas and, mining. He has extensive experience on corporate acquisitions and reorganisations for clients active in those sectors.
He has also completed a six month secondment with Circle Green Community Legal Centre, where he predominantly lodged visa applications for Afghan refugees fleeing their home country.

- Macquarie Commodities Trading Facilities Renewal 2021 - Assisted in preparation of a US$1.2bn Revolving Syndicated Loan Facilities.
- Paper Cow - Stanmore Resources raising A$693M to partially fund the acquisition of an 80% stake in BHP Mitsui Coal.
- Calibre - Assisted in the due diligence associated with Calibre Resources re-financing of A$130 debt facilities.
- Horizon Power - Preparing a Deed of Variation for the procurement for information technology systems and associated infrastructure in relation to power supply.
- Pro Bono Secondment, Circle Green Community Legal Centre - Assisting with the lodgement of over 200 permanent humanitarian visa applications.
