Maxine Richard is a competition/antitrust, consumer and regulatory lawyer based in Sydney.

Maxine advises clients on all aspects of these areas of law with a particular focus on obtaining merger clearance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), ACCC investigations and litigation, obtaining Australian Foreign Investment Review Board approvals, and competition and consumer law compliance.
