• Groupe SNC-Lavalin inc., in connection with (i) the sale of 10.01% interest in the outstanding shares of 407 International Inc., owner and operator of Highway 407 in Ontario, to companies controlled by the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), for an aggregate closing price of C$3 billion, and (ii) the transfer of SNC-Lavalin’s interest in the John Hart hydroelectric plant in British Columbia to the infrastructure investment vehicle SNC-Lavalin Infrastructure Partners LP
