Mirella Hart is a securitisation, structured finance and debt capital markets lawyer based in London, where she provides knowledge support to the securitisation and debt capital markets team. Mirella’s role includes providing legal training for lawyers internally as well as externally for clients, providing assistance with legal and transactional queries and updating lawyers across the practice on new legal developments and current legal and commercial issues.

Mirella has extensive experience, having previously worked at a magic circle firm in London, a US firm, an investment bank, and an Asset Manager. Mirella is a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of England & Wales, Scottish qualified and a New York Attorney.
