Ashley Kuempel
Biography
Ashley Kuempel is an associate in the Austin office and a member of the firm's Regulations, Investigations, Securities and Compliance practice. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, securities litigation, including shareholder-litigation defense, SEC enforcement matters, and complex commercial litigation. She regularly advises and defends companies, as well as their officers and directors, on a wide range of civil, criminal and regulatory matters.
