Biography
Jackie Feick (née Karama) is a Senior Associate with a focus on complex commercial litigation, product liability, toxic torts, pharmaceutical, medical device, arbitrations and white-collar defense. She represents clients in a wide array of disputes, including matters involving contracts, intellectual property, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, delivering tailored, results-driven strategies designed to address the specific legal challenges of each client.
Jackie has represented various clients, including Fortune 500 companies, emerging businesses and individuals. With substantial trial experience in both state and federal courts, Jackie has obtained favorable outcomes for her clients in complex, high-stakes matters. She is adept in all phases of litigation, from taking and defending depositions to handling motion practice and discovery.
Additionally, Jackie holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law and has successfully represented clients in mediations and settlement conferences. While in law school, Jackie was a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard M. Neiter, former United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
