Zach McHenry is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Austin, Texas office.  He focuses his practice on regulatory and government investigations, internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and anti-corruption issues.  Zach has experience representing both corporations and individuals in a broad range of matters, including investigations related to the False Claims Act ("FCA") and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), as well as securities enforcement actions and civil litigation focused on challenging government regulations.  He also has experience in responding to subpoenas, preparing witnesses for interviews, designing investigative plans, assisting in document collections and productions, and preparing investigative reports.
