Insurance seminar

We are pleased to invite you to a client seminar we will be hosting in Luxembourg on Wednesday, May 15 to discuss new regulations relating to unit-linked products to be sold in Italy.

Some of the topics we will examine include:

• the outcome of the Public Consultation on draft IVASS Regulation setting out provisions relating to “linked” insurance products
• the new draft IVASS Regulation that was issued to take into account certain points that emerged during the public consultation
• the letter detailing the expectations of IVASS with regard to the applicability of product governance rules to the unit-linked insurance products

We will also have the pleasure of introducing you to the newest member of our team in Italy, Andrea Isola, who joins our firm as tax counsel in May. He will share his insight relating to current tax topics that are particularly relevant to life insurance companies operating in Italy.

The seminar will be followed by a light lunch.
