Alison Walsh is a construction and engineering lawyer based in Sydney.
Alison specialises in project delivery advice and all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation, expert determination, and adjudication. Alison has acted in a number of high-value, complex construction and engineering disputes for a wide range of domestic and global clients in dispute resolution and risk management in major international and domestic infrastructure projects in the construction, engineering, energy, and transport sectors.
Alison has assisted with advising principals, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and various government agencies in domestic proceedings and international commercial arbitrations under various rules including International Chamber of Commerce.
Alison also has experience in general commercial dispute resolution, frequently advising clients on large scale, complex commercial litigation and arbitration covering a wide range of areas including corporate contractual disputes, cross-border matters, financial services litigation, and regulatory investigations.
