Biography
Aleksandra Szostak is an energy and infrastructure lawyer based in Warsaw.
She focuses on M&A transactions in the energy sector and has experience in advising on risks related to project finance.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright in July 2023, Aleksandra has worked in the M&A and debt finance teams in a Polish law firm and in international law firms.
Aleksandra is a trainee advocate and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

- Advised ING Bank Śląski S.A. on financing of 44 MWp PV portfolio in Poland for Doral Energy.
- Advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in relation to the financing construction of 67,7 MWp portfolio of 36 PV installations, sponsored by a leading Lithuanian investor, Lords.
- Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on acquisition of 84 MW wind farm portfolio in Poland, including legal due diligence.
