Stefania Casini is a public lawyer based in Milan.

She provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance, advising national and international clients on the full range of public law matters (including real estate, town planning, healthcare, real estate, public procurement, leisure and hospitality), with a focus on environmental and energy law.

Her experience includes assistance in legal disputes before Administrative Courts, drafting of contracts, compliance schemes and policies (in particular in the environmental sector), assistance in the obtainment of permits, licences and authorizations in favor of companies operating in regulated industries, drafting of legal opinions and due diligence reports in the context of M&A and banking transactions. She also regularly advises clients in relation to FDI matters and manages the regulatory filings with the FDI authorities.

Prior to joining the firm, Stefania worked for another international law firm and in a domestic law firm focused on public procurement law.
