Biography
Mai is a banking and finance and corporate M&A laweyer based in Tokyo and a Japanese-qualified lawyer. Mai advises Japanese and international financial institutions and corporates on banking and lending transactions, as well as asset finance, M&A finance, insolvency and restructuring and other general corporate matters.
Mai was on two years secondment to Japanese ECA from April 2021 to March 2023.
