Pierre-Alexandre Mailhot is a business law associate in the Québec office. His practice focuses on corporate, tax and real estate law.

Pierre-Alexandre is also a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (Quebec order of chartered accountants) and has a specific and practical understanding of complex financial and tax issues. During his studies, he took part in several interuniversity competitions.

Before joining the firm, Pierre-Alexandre completed his internship leading to the Chartered Professional Accountant designation with a major Quebec accounting firm, as well as with a boutique firm in the Québec and Côte-Nord regions.
