Biography

Isobelle is an employment and labour lawyer based in Brisbane.

Isobelle’s experience includes advising across a range of employment issues, including in relation to workplace law compliance, employee misconduct and grievances, termination of employment and performance management, managing ill and injured employees, workers’ compensation, employment contracts and applications in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and Fair Work Commission.  Isobelle also has experience providing advice in relation to safety matters and incidents, including immediate incident response and investigation, liability advice for both corporate and personal liability arising under safety legislation and safety regulator engagement. 

Isobelle has provided advice to a variety of clients in a range of industries including government, quasi-government, resources, transport and logistics, retail and health.
