Dylan Landgren is a construction and engineering lawyer based in Melbourne.

He focuses on major infrastructure projects, energy and property developments.

Dylan has experience in the drafting, analysis and negotiation of a variety of contract models including EPC, D&C, construct-only, early contractor involvement, supply & installation agreements, construction management agreements, consultancy agreements and PPPs.

Dylan also has experience advising developers, contractors and subcontractors during the project delivery and contract administration phase, as well as prior to the issuing of, and during proceedings in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, County Court of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria.  Dylan also has experience advising clients on and assisting clients with the preparation of adjudication applications and responses under Security of Payment legislation.
