Justus Pauls is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Dusseldorf.

Justus focuses on advising private and listed companies on all corporate legal aspects and on domestic as well as cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining us, Justus spent several years working for another leading international law firm in Dusseldorf, where he advised private and listed companies on all aspects of corporate law, in particular on stock corporation law issues as well as corporate governance issues and domestic and cross-border transactions. He completed a secondment of several months in the legal department of an internationally operating brewery company. Justus worked as a research assistant and legal trainee at leading international law firms in Dusseldorf and completed a stage at the German Embassy in London as part of his legal clerkship (Referendariat). He is a qualified banker.
