Kristina Thielemann is a banking and finance lawyer based in Frankfurt.

Kristina focuses on loan financing and advises banks, financial sponsors and companies in connection with various domestic and cross-border acquisition financing, real estate financing, secured lending and corporate loan transactions as well as restructurings, including situations that involve complex capital structures with both loans and bonds, including high yield bonds.

Prior to joining us in 2022, she was in-house counsel at a banking association, and before that she worked in the finance team of another international law firm in Frankfurt.
