Priya Kahlon is a lawyer based in London.

Priya works across the energy value chain including low carbon energy, oil and gas, power and mining. She has particular experience in the oil and gas and mining sector advising companies across the Asia Pacific on M&A transactions, project development and all aspects of the LNG supply chain including drafting and negotiating gas sale and purchase agreements, gas transport agreements, gas storage and security agreements and on structuring joint venture arrangements, infrastructure access, royalties, project development and procurement contracts.

Priya also has considerable in-house experience within the energy sector and has recently completed a client secondment in the Tokyo office of JERA, a major Japanese utility company, and also in the Perth office of INPEX.
