Biography
Hilary Henley focuses her practice on construction project disputes and professional liability issues. She provides support to clients who find themselves entangled in construction-related disputes by helping them navigate the dispute resolution process to reach a resolution. Hilary takes a hands-on approach to dispute resolution and provides her clients with concrete solutions to mitigate cost, time and resource impacts.
Prior to joining us, Hilary served as in-house counsel for several years. At the time, she dealt with construction issues with a municipal authority in Ontario and a health authority in British Columbia. In these roles, she gained experience advising owners on a multitude of legal issues affecting all aspects of construction law, including dispute resolution, procurement and contract development.
