Biography
Shakir Mogalia is a corporate, asset management and investment funds lawyer based in Dubai.
Shakir advises clients on a wide range of fund and corporate law matters. He regularly advises on funds and fund structures across the Middle East (including DIFC (DFSA), ADGM (FSRA)) and Luxembourg.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Shakir worked as legal counsel of funds and asset managers in relation to the structuring of their investment vehicles across different types of asset classes (including private equity funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, debt funds and hedge funds).
