Giulio Mariano is a banking and finance lawyer based in the Milan office.

His primary area of work is advising on financing transactions, including multi-borrower/multi-lender facilities, real estate financings, project financings and export credit backed financings. He also has experience in debt capital markets transactions and on the analysis of project documentation, including EPC and O&M contracts. Although he focuses on the energy and utilities sectors, his work generally crosses all industry sectors.

Prior to joining us, he worked at a global law firm.
