Katie Helou is a corporate and commercial lawyer in our Toronto office. She is developing a broad practice with a focus on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and general corporate matters.

Katie joined us as a summer student in 2021 and returned to article in 2022-2023. During her articling term, Katie was seconded to RBC, where she worked on various corporate law matters.

Katie attended law school at the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, Katie earned a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree and was awarded the Gold Medal for highest class standing.
