Sarah Fooks joined the Toronto office as a summer student in 2021. She returned to complete her articles with the firm in 2022, which included a secondment with the Bank of Montreal. She now practices as an associate in the litigation group in all areas of commercial and civil litigation.

While in law school, Sarah volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and with several community legal clinics where she assisted clients with human rights, housing and criminal law matters. Sarah graduated in the top 1% of her class and was awarded course prizes in legal research and writing, civil liberties, criminal law and evidence.
