Biography
Jenny is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer based in Durban.
Jenny's areas of focus are:
- Medical law and malpractice litigation – She is a part of the litigation team acting for the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health in South Africa.
- Professional indemnity litigation – Previously acted for medical professionals and their professional indemnity insurers in respect of defending medical negligence claims and professional conduct complaints.
Jenny obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2012 from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban and Masters in Medical Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban in 2018.
She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
