Salma Gilani is an employment and labour lawyer. She provides strategic advice to clients on all aspects of employment and labour law, including employment standards, workplace management, recruiting and hiring practices, wrongful dismissal, human rights and accommodation, labour relations, and occupational health and safety. Salma acts on behalf of employers in a variety of workplace disputes and employment and labour-related legal proceedings. Her practice also involves advising on employment and executive employment contracts (including executive compensation), termination agreements, and workplace policies.

Prior to joining our Toronto office, Salma was an employment and labour associate at a large national firm.
