Biography
Katarina Duke is an associate with a focus on technology, cybersecurity and data privacy. Her cybersecurity practice focuses on assisting clients preparing for and responding to data and privacy breaches involving the disclosure of personal information. She also has experience advising clients on compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Katarina joined the Calgary office as a summer student in 2019 where she returned to complete her articles in the litigation group in 2020-2021. In 2022, Katarina joined the business law group in Toronto.
Before attending law school, Katarina worked at Legal Aid Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta in Calgary.
