Julia Gallinger is a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin) based in Hamburg.

Julia advises domestic and foreign clients in national and international tax law and focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for private equity firms and strategic investors as well as transactions in the real estate, insurance, energy and transport sectors.

Julia advises on the tax aspects of domestic and international tax planning and business reorganizations. She further advises on tax audits, tax-related court proceedings and out of court proceedings.

Before joining us in 2018, Julia worked in M&A tax teams for KPMG and in the German office of a UK based international law firm.
