Global restructuring and banking/finance disputes – Advising on disputes with creditors, administrators and vulture funds arising from the collapse of a major financial services company. Public issues include litigation in multiple jurisdictions, including a claim in the High Court for relief from forfeiture following purported enforcement of share security as part of an alleged loan-to-own strategy.

Group litigation – Acting for a FTSE 250 corporate in all disputes arising out of a mass data breach, including both group actions and individual claims in multiple jurisdictions.

Regulatory investigations/ privacy and cybersecurity – Advising corporates and individuals regarding SFO investigations, small fraud claims, data breaches following cyber-attacks and internal corporate investigations (one of which later turned into an AIM investigation).

Commercial litigation – Advising individuals/companies in respect of corporate director disputes and general contractual disputes.
- Civil Fraud – Part of the team advising group companies in the S&P 500 in relation to alleged accounting fraud claims arising out of an $11 billion corporate acquisition. The case has been described in the press as the "tech trial of the century".
