Jakub Kowalczyk is a real estate and construction lawyer based in Warsaw.

He advises clients at all stages of real estate projects, from due diligence reviews, sale/acquisition of properties (both developed and non-developed) or shares in SPVs, the construction and development process, as well as commercialisation and day-to-day management of the real estate.

Jakub focuses his practice on the warehouse-industrial sector, advising international developers and investment funds on projects involving development of built-to-suit and multi-tenant warehouse, logistics, and production facilities, as well as on leasing and management of facilities. He has participated in numerous large projects involving the construction and commercialisation of production and commercial facilities and in real estate and corporate due diligence analyses.

Jakub also has experience in advising on corporate law, including disposals, mergers, demergers and corporate transformations.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a renowned Warsaw-based Polish law firm.
