Erica Grant is an associate on the litigation and disputes team, practising general civil and commercial litigation. She assists clients and senior lawyers on a broad range of civil matters, including insurance claims, claims involving breach of contract, negligence issues and property disputes. She also practises transportation and shipping law, advising clients and managing disputes involving marine insurance, collisions, shipbuilding, charterparties, and maritime incidents. Erica has appeared before all levels of court in BC and the Federal Court of Canada.

Erica also practises in the areas of healthcare and life sciences, advising hospitals and health authorities on matters including risk management, privacy issues, and hospital privileges.

Erica was called to the bar in 2017 after articling with the firm and clerking at the British Columbia Supreme Court.
