Heather Barrett has been with us since 1987. Formerly a paralegal in the corporate finance and securities group, she joined the business law group as a paralegal in 2014.

Heather's corporate experience includes various aspects of corporate work ranging from incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, dividend declarations, business name and limited partnership registrations, annual maintenance and name changes to share transactions, dissolutions continuances, amalgamations and restorations. In addition, Heather handles various matters relating to BC Societies.
