Biography

Dr Martin Hoffmann is a lawyer in Hamburg. He focuses on public building and planning law, environmental law and constitutional law.

Martin has extensive experience in advising investors, banks, project developers and authorities in proceedings relating to urban land use planning, regional planning, environmental law, as well as on regulatory issues in M&A transactions and IPOs and litigation before the administrative courts.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Martin spent 27 years with a leading international US law firm or its German predecessor firms, many years as a partner. At the beginning of his career, he worked for a law firm in Munich which focused exclusively on representing regional authorities.
