Nicole Buchanan practises in all areas of employment and labour law, including employment standards, human rights, labour relations, occupational health and safety and wrongful dismissal. 

Ms. Buchanan joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2015 and returned to complete her articles in 2016-17. During her articles, Ms. Buchanan completed a secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Buchanan applied her academic studies in civil engineering while working for a general contracting construction company.

While in law school, Ms. Buchanan participated in a number of advocacy competitions, including representing her law faculty at the Hicks Morley Moot Competition.
