Stefanie Radina is an employment lawyer based in our Munich office. As a certified specialist for employment law (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht) she provides advice on employment and labour law issues to national and international clients.

She has broad experience in restructuring and reorganisation matters. Her practice also focuses on employment law advice in the context of corporate transactions and transfers of business, including negotiations with works councils. Stefanie additionally supports companies in all employment law related matters of their day-to-day business and in dismissal protection court proceedings.

Stefanie studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg. Before joining us, she worked for four years in one of the largest insolvency law firms of Germany, focusing on labour law nationwide.

She is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
