- Vermilion Energy Inc. in connection with its issuance of US$400 million 6.875% senior notes due 2030
- TransAlta Corporation on its public offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% senior green notes
- Enerflex Ltd. on its stock-for-stock cross-border business combination with Exterran Corporation, creating a combined entity with an implied combined enterprise value of approximately US$1.5 billion
- Solium Capital Inc. on its sale to Morgan Stanley by way of a plan of arrangement for a transaction value of C$1.1 billion
