Biography
Terresa Feng practises in all areas of civil and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses mainly on construction, civil liability, professional liability and pharmaceutical product liability matters. She has acted for major corporations, government corporations, municipalities and accounting firms in complex litigations and class actions before all Quebec courts.
Terresa has experience drafting tender documents and construction contracts. She also advises clients on provincial integrity requirements in public contracts and on the authorization delivered by the Autorité des marchés publics. Terresa is the co-head of our Quebec public procurement and public contracts team.
In addition, Terresa also advises clients on privacy matters and represents them before the Quebec Privacy Commissionner (Commision d'accès à l'information).
During her university studies, Terresa was a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law at the University of Sherbrooke and at the Faculty of Science at McGill University. She also clerked at the Superior Court of Quebec.
