• American International Group Inc., in the context of the sale of its individual personal travel insurance and assistance business for US$600 million in cash plus additional earn-out consideration 
• La Capitale and SSQ Assurance, in the peer-to-peer merger transaction that created Beneva, Canada's largest mutual insurance company.
• iA Financial Group, in connection with the creation of iA Financial Corporation Inc. a reporting issuer holding all the common shares of Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc.
