Mélanie Lefebvre prepares documentation for the incorporation, merger and dissolution of corporations. She participates in preparing various transactions associated with corporate reorganizations and ensures the currency of several corporate minute books. She also conducts due diligence reviews for corporations and searches in various registers with respect to financing activities and the purchase and sale of assets.

Before joining our Québec office, Ms. Lefebvre worked as a civil litigation and real estate paralegal with another major law firm in the city.
