Hélène Gélinas works primarily in commercial and real estate law. She conducts title searches in the Quebec land register and searches pertaining to movable assets in the register of personal and movable real rights. She also conducts off-title searches in various other registers maintained by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of Canada, the Bank of Canada, corporate services (provincial and federal) and Quebec government departments.

In addition, Ms. Gélinas drafts deeds and documents related to movable and immovable registrations, as well as other related documents and makes arrangements for their registration. She is also responsible for filing real estate title opinions and searches and for indexing documents within the firm’s document management system.
