Biography
As Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Chief People and Development Officer, Julie Tran oversees the firm’s recruiting, legal talent management, talent development, human resources and office administration teams. She also works closely with firm leaders on various strategic initiatives to enhance the employee experience, foster an inclusive workplace where people feel valued and respected and drive innovation across all people-related functions.
Julie has significant experience leading business professionals in implementing global strategic talent initiatives for coaching, learning and development, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion and alumni relations. She is proficient at executing talent strategies aligned with business objectives, specifically related to performance management and people experience initiatives.
