Plamen Russev

Biography

Plamen Russev focuses his practice on the structuring and negotiation of services, technology licensing and other commercial agreements for clients in the manufacturing, technology, retail, restaurant and financial services industries. He also advises on business process outsourcing projects, collaborating with business units to communicate and coordinate strategic efforts with an emphasis on contract compliance and risk avoidance.

Plamen’s experience as a technology and commercial transactions advisor includes time in-house at a regional financial institution and as outside legal counsel. Prior to his legal career, he managed business solutions for a global IT services provider, leading global teams in the development and execution of products and services.

In addition to his legal practice, Plamen is a certified Integral Coach and a breathwork practitioner. He has developed, facilitated and collaborated in mindfulness and wellness seminars and series for attorneys and law students, and provides breath and stress coaching to individuals and groups.
